What it contains
Each record can include a business name, service category, description, public contact methods, service areas, services, languages, public address or registration details when verified, source links, vehicle-photo paths, and a dated verification note.
Provenance
Every listing begins with a work vehicle photographed around Miami. Clayton Dunwell transcribes visible information, checks it against public sources where possible, and records uncertainty rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
Update process
Canonical records live in one maintained JSON file. The build pipeline derives business pages, category pages, area pages, focused service-and-area guides, search data, thumbnails, structured metadata, the sitemap, and the update feed from that source.
Reuse and attribution
Public access does not grant blanket permission to republish the original vehicle photographs or the compiled directory as a whole. Business facts may originate with the listed businesses and linked public sources. Contact Clayton Dunwell before substantial reuse or redistribution.

Business information can change. Each record includes the date it was checked, but users should confirm important details directly with the provider.
